Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
• You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be made via bank transfer to one of our designated bank accounts before the order is processed.
• You must upload a valid payment slip as proof of payment during the checkout sequence.
• Orders are confirmed only after manual payment verification by our team.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be adequately verified.

Delivery Protocol

• We currently maintain delivery routes exclusively within the Rathnapura, Hambantota, and Matara districts.
• Delivery times may fluctuate depending on your specific geographic location and daily order volume.
• You are required to provide an accurate delivery address. We assume no liability for failed deliveries stemming from incorrect information.
• Delivery charges may apply and will be transparently communicated prior to order confirmation.

Product Quality & Returns

• All food items are freshly prepared, thoroughly washed, and pre-cut on the exact day of delivery to guarantee maximum freshness.
• Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, standard returns are generally not accepted.
• If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact our support team within 24 hours with photographic evidence for prompt resolution.
• Product images on our website are primarily for illustrative purposes. Actual organic items may naturally vary slightly in appearance.

Cancellations

• Orders can be effectively cancelled prior to being marked as "Processing" within our logistics system.
• Once an order has entered the processing phase or is dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests can no longer be accommodated.
• Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be processed within a reasonable financial timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

Short Cut Food Suppliers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum total liability is strictly limited to the monetary amount paid for the specific order in question. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, infrastructure issues, or public emergencies.

Intellectual Property

All content hosted on this website, encompassing logos, text, imagery, and structural design elements, are the exclusive property of Short Cut Food Suppliers and are vigorously protected by intellectual property laws.
